Yes, up to 48 hours before the rental starts. The rental amount is refunded, excluding platform fees.

Any issue is assessed when the item is returned. The owner has 48 hours to report and document any damage. The report is then reviewed by the Bambigo support team, which makes the decision. If damage is confirmed, the corresponding amount is charged to the deposit.
