When you book, your card is saved via Stripe, our secure payment partner. No amount is charged as long as everything goes smoothly. For this equipment, the requested deposit is 50€. It is only charged in the event of confirmed damage or loss.

Yes, same-day booking is possible depending on the owner's availability.

Pickup at the owner's place is free. Delivery to your hotel, Airbnb or train station is charged and varies with distance, but it is capped: never more than 30€.

Yes, cancellation is possible up to 48h before the rental starts. The rental amount is refunded to you, except for the platform fee.

You are fully refunded, platform fee included. And if the cancellation happens within 48h before the rental starts, you also receive a 10€ promo code, valid for 6 months on a future rental.

The assessment is made when the equipment is returned. The owner has 48h to report and declare any damage, with an evaluation. This declaration is then reviewed by the Bambigo support team, which decides. The owner does not decide alone. If damage is confirmed, the corresponding amount is charged to the deposit.
